Wow, I can't believe it's been two weeks since our last Drive-By Book Review. As Gary handed me The Kaizen Way I gave it a snobby look, judging its limited weight and size, and the cheesy front cover with a picture of a maze and the tagline 'One small step can change your life'. This book has made its way back from inside the closet, to the shelf that is in clear sight. Giving away $2,000 is not a small change, because that kind of money isn't small change to me.
